Welcome!!

So, here it is...my very first post, on my very own crafty blog! I'm so excited, and can't wait to show you what I have in store for this blog. But first things first, WELCOME! Feel free to tell your friends about this place, and don't forget to come back often (I hope to start giving away some of my creations soon).

Anyway, why (you might ask) am I doing this? Why am I starting a craft blog when there's so many out there? Well, the short answer...I LOVE CREATING THINGS, and I want you to see them. The long answer...I am a stay at home mom for my beautiful 2-year-old daughter. We spend all day together, and although I don't mind watching the Little Einsteins and reading Chicka Chicka Boom Boom (over and over again), I do yearn for grown up time. So...while my little one's taking a nap, and all the cleaning is complete, I craft or sew or blog (lately, just looking at blogs). And as many of you probably know, when you make something you want to show it to someone (for praise or criticism, whichever is deserved). Now, showing something that I've made to my 2-year-old is not as fulfilling (for some reason) as showing it to someone who understands what I went through to make it. So that's where YOU come in. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as I will. And let me know what you think!
